Starting issues with my Qashqai...
Hi I have 2013 qashqai 1.6 diesel I put a new stop/start battery in 3 weeks and it’s struggling to start some mornings is it to do with a dirty DPF filter or something on then lines

Hi Michael,
A dirty DPF could potentially cause starting issues, but it's not the most common symptom to be honest. If the starting issues began after you changed the battery then it's too big a coincidence to ignore. Is the battery of sufficient ampage? Did other wiring get disturbed or disconnected when it was replaced? I think a quick trip to a good mechanic will sort it out in minutes.
