Space differences between the two C-Max models?

What is the difference in space/size of the Ford Grand C Max compared to the Ford C Max please

Our answer:

Hi Holden,

Both cars are, of course, based on the same chassis and platform, but the Grand C-Max has a longer wheelbase (2,788mm compared to the C-Max’s 2,648mm), which gives it more interior space. The Grand C-Max is also longer overall, at 4,519mm compared to 4,379mm. There’s, oddly, not actually a huge difference between them in terms of luggage space, though, because the Grand C-Max’s extra seats eat into the boot volume when folded away. The C-Max has a rated boot volume of 432 litres, while the Grand C-Max’s is a mere 448 litres. With all the seats up, that shrinks to a tiny 65 litres, but fold everything flat and you get 1,715 litres, compared to the C-Max’s all-flat 1,684 litres.
