You've not told us the year or engine size, so, assuming it's the 1.2-litre TDI engine in the 2010-2015 Fabia, it should be changed every 210,000km regardless of time. There is a note that it's only 120,000km in dusty countries, but that's unlikely to apply to Ireland.
