Should my Insignia chain be changed?
181 insigina 58 000 km just had general serive no problems as usual but said that rear timing chain may need to be changed car fine and no immamediate danger but costly if something does happen seem early milage wise for chain issues?

That sounds curious and yes, that's very early for chain issues. If a garage is worried by a noisy chain they'd usually be more definite about whether it should be changed as not. I'd seek a second opinion from another garage or trusted mechanic.
