Should my Ibiza's belt have been done?
Hi I’m not sure if the timing belt has been done on my seat Ibiza 1 litre year is 162 there is 162387 km on the clock wha is the recommended km to do it !thank you

Hi Denise,
That engine's belt is what the Volkswagen Group calls a long-life belt and apparently it doesn't need to be checked until the car has done 240,000km. Personally, I'd have a trusted mechanic take a look at it much earlier than that to ensure it looks in good condition.
