Should I sell my i40 privately?
Hi. I am selling a Hyundai I 40 2012 Executive Saloon..120,000 klms.... How much should I expect to get for this.. selling privately.. I reckon 11,500/12,000 euro... whats your opinion?... I am buying a new I 40...Executive and the garage are offering 11,500 for it on trade in?... am I better off taking that on trade in or selling my I 40 privately and the garage will then give me 2,000 off my new car (no trade-in).. Hi JP,
I’d say €11,500 as a trade-in is a fraction low (although of course I’m saying that without actually having seen your car) and that you might just be able to get as much as €13,000, maybe €14,000 for it yourself. Worth trying, at any rate.
