Should I repair my A4 or move on?
My A4 needs €2k with of work to be done. It's 2010 with 170,000km. Is it worth putting the money into it or time to move it on?

Possibly, yes. The car is easily still worth €15,000 (possibly a bit more) so it's not like it's a write-off. If it's a car you like and you want to keep using it then yes, it's well worth the repairs. Spending €2k to fix it is always going to be cheaper than the cost of trading up.
