Should I go petrol or diesel?
Would you advise please on options for diesel or petrol? My mileage is 10 to 15k per year. Also I would like to buy an automatic Audi A3 from 2013 or so. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Jim,
I think you're just on the cusp of a diesel being worthwhile. It depends on your type of journeys as well. Lots of long motorway runs in that mix? Then diesel it is.
As for the A3, it's a cracking car but make sure you try a Golf in the same spec before you buy. It's mechanically identical and very close in terms of quality and refinement.
