Hi there , I am selling my 03honda hrv , it has 101,000 genuine miles .nct is expired . I can get a years nct on it on the 10 of june , I reckon it would cost 200 euro to get it through the nct , a couple of small things need to be done .moneywise , would I do better just to let it on now or get an nct and then sell it ???? , cheers
Hi Derek,
I think for the sake of a couple of hundred Euro it would be best to get the NCT done and sort out the couple of items you’ve mentioned. It won’t make a huge difference, but you should get your money back as it’s always better to present a potential buyer with a car that’s ready to roll, and doesn’t need any paperwork or remedial tasks doing.
