As much as I like how the Evoque looks and drives I have to admit that it has a terrible reputation for reliability, scoring lower than nearly all other comparable cars and the subject of lots of warranty work. Not all examples have issues, obviously, but in general I'd be worried about it. At a budget of €50,000, you may be able to get a 2020 car with some warranty left on it, which would be reassuring.
