We presume you mean a Jaguar XF 2.2d. Registered well after January 1, 2008 (when our road tax systems changed to CO2 ratings), the 2012 XF 2.2d emits either 129g/km as a 163hp model or 139g/km as the 200hp variant. The good news is you can probably have the higher-powered model, which is a nicer car to drive, as the difference in road tax between the two is just €10 per annum – the 163hp XF sits in Band B1 (€270) and the 200hp XF is in Band B2 (€280).
