How much does it cost to change the timing belt in an opel corsa 2010 with 154000km. When should it be change as Imuch trying to sell my mother's car as she passed away last year.

Hi Shauna,
Most 2010 Corsas use timing chains, not belts. The chains have no set replacement schedule as they are supposedly designed for the life of the engine. The Corsa 1.7 diesel does use a timing belt, which should be replaced every 150,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first. Prices for the parts and the labour will vary considerably from garage to garage, so ring around to get quotes. For your information, the work is likely to take a solid two hours.
