Hi Shane, can you tell me what's the price of a new diesel engine for BMW 2008 5 series?

Prices vary depending on who you're buying from. Sourcing both engine and installation from a BMW dealer will probably set you back as much as €5,000. An engine by itself from an independent supplier or scrap source is likely to be around €2,000 to €2,500. It will depend on the source and the provenance of the engine though.
