Oil change interval on my Tucson?
Hi I have a Hyundai Tucson 171 D reg. My Hyundai dealer has told me the car only needs an oil change every 30K Kilometres . This seems a very long interval to me . Are they correct? Thank You .

Hi John,
Your dealer, unsurprisingly, is correct: the normal oil change interval in that car is 30,000km or two years, whichever comes first. There is a 15,000km/one year schedule for cars used in 'adverse conditions', but we doubt very much that would apply to Ireland. Anyway, if you're not comfortable with that, there's nothing stopping you paying for a more frequent oil and filter change.
