NOx levy on this Mercedes?
I am looking to import a 2015 Mercedes 300h estate, to replace my bmw estate for sale on the Carzone website, can you tell me the NOX Tax that I will have to pay? The milage is 52,000 and it is a november car. Thank you

Hi Neil,
The spreadsheet that Revenue has provided is quite difficult to work through, but going on the information you've given us, it looks like the NOx rating would be 158mg/km.
The first 60mg/km costs €300, from 61-80mg/km adds €285, while 81-158mg/km is a whopping €1,925. That all adds up to €2,510.
Before you take this as gospel, it's worth putting the UK reg of the car you're considering into Cartell.ie, as it returns an accurate value.
