This one’s really down to personal preference – you’ll need to try them both and see which one you prefer. Buying new, the D-Max should be cheaper than the L200 and the Isuzu is a fine workhorse, but the L200 is a little bit more polished in terms of the way it drives and its interior finishing, so you may feel its more luxurious air will be worth the additional outlay. Either one is a strong, dependable pick-up, though, so you won’t go far wrong with either model.
