Hi Damien,
Lots of options out there, many of them good but you will need to look around carefully to find a good one. A Volkswagen Caravelle is an obvious and classy choice but they can be a bit expensive to run.
Have a look for a Citroen Dispatch Combi, Peugeot Expert Tepee or Fiat Scudo. They're all the same van under the skin, can seat up to nine and would be a bit smaller and easier to run than the big Volkswagen.

Ford's Transit Custom Tourneo is another good option (although, again, they're big) or you could try and track down a Hyundai Montana.
