I don't think there should be any problem. Every car is different, so service intervals are set to cover the worst case. I'm assuming, given the year, that your car is not under warranty, which might be the only reason to be very strict on service scheduling.

To put your mind at ease, it's well worth checking the oil level yourself now, but assuming there are no warning lights and nothing obviously wrong with the way the car is driving, then I would assume it'll be absolutely fine.
