You've not mentioned the make or model so we can't give specific advice, but I would suggest that you first of all get the car along to a good mechanic or auto electrician with a view to repairing the motor/pump. If that's impossible then it's time to trawl the internet for second-hand units. Scrapyards/breakers are a good place to start.
