I'm afraid it's very difficult to assess such a thing from afar. It could be the steering column, the rack, the power steering motor or something in the suspension, or something else entirely. We don't know of any common issue with the Mokka like that so the best advice we can give you is to bring the car along to a good mechanic to take a look at it.
