I'd highly recommend you get the car looked at by a good mechanic. It sounds like something in the chassis is amiss. It could be a crack or break in a suspension component, or even just bushings that are worn. It may even just be tyre balancing and alignment. Regardless, it should be fixed as it could be dangerous.
