My Honda Civic has engine probs...
I have 2006 honda civic The check engine light is always on. Got looked at a few times codes checked and items replaced Light will come back on after you stop the car and start again? Also the car stalls out sometimes after driving for awhile And you have to wait about 5mins and will start again also sometimes when at store and come back to start it won't cor a couple of mins. It is dangerous when you are on a freeway and it just stalls.

You've not told us which engine you have, but, for example, the 1.4 VTEC engine has issues with poor running when its oil level is too low, so check that out. Aside from that, there is clearly something up with the engine, probably from an electrical point of view. I suggest getting a good mechanic with a diagnostic computer involved to help you get to the bottom of the issue.
