That could be caused by a number of things so it's best you have the car checked by a good mechanic. It could be an issue with the tyre, one of the balance weights on the wheel itself may have fallen off, the wheel may be damaged or indeed may be the suspension or steering system. Best get it looked at to make sure it's nothing dangerous.
