My engine light won't go out...
no messages but engine managment will not go out

Hi Phill,
It's not unusual for the engine check light to stay on when there is a problem, without giving the driver any further information. I'm afraid you'll have to bring the car to a good mechanic to plug it into a diagnostic computer to obtain the correct error codes.
