We can tell from your registration that you have a 2017 Nissan Qashqai, but we don't know of any common issue with those causing such symptoms. It would suggest that there has been water ingress somewhere in the car. Common sources of that are blocked sunroof drain channels, window and door seals, boot seals and even seals around the lights. 

Best best is to bring the car to a good mechanic to investigate.
