My car failed its NCT because of an oil leak...
My car just failed NCT: "Excessive oil leak in engine, gearbox MiddleFront or axle" The car is not leaking onto the ground!, what could be the problem ?

I'm afraid that's impossible to know without seeing the car. You should go back and ask the tester for more details or bring the car along to a good mechanic to advise you. The noted fault is a generic one and doesn't give enough information to diagnose the problem.
