I'm afraid nothing you've told us indicates whether that's miles or kilometres. Go by the largest marking on the speedo: if it's km/h then those distances are likely to be kilometres, too.

As to what they mean, we believe that the 082287 is the overall mileage, the 13100 is the distance since the last service and the presence of the spanner indicates that a service is due. Finally, the 620.5 reading is likely to be your trip computer, which you can reset at any time.
