Assuming you mean the first-generation Qashqai (which was in production until 2014) then the timing belt, its tensioner and the auxiliary drive belt and its tensioner all need to be replaced in that car every 150,000km (or every six years - whichever comes sooner). If driven in 'adverse' conditions, the interval reduces to 90,000km or five years.
An oil and filter change is required at least every year regardless of mileage and there are specific items that need replacing at 30,000km, 90,000km, etc.
