Mad to buy a Merc convertible?
I really want to buy a Mercedes CLK200 Kompressor convertible. The problem is my place of work has no indoor parking facilities and it will be out in the weather during the day. Would I be mad to go ahead with a purchase ?

Nope, not at all. The hoods on those cars are really well made and reliably leak proof, so there should be no issues. Before you buy, it’s a good idea (with any convertible) to put it through a car wash to test the roof for any leaks, but if you’ve done that and it comes up dry, I wouldn’t have any concerns.
