Looking to trade in my Tucson...
I have a hyundai tuscan 07 and I am looking to trade this in for a newer modem, and buy another one with around a €5k finance loan. I'm looking for another jeep for 8/9k.

That should give you a budget of roughly €7-8,000, so I think the best cars to be looking at are the Toyota RAV4, Mitsubishi Outlander or VW Tiguan. All are within your budget with a 2008 or 2009 registration, and all are solidly reliable and good vehicles. Just make sure you buy with a full service history.
