Looking to replace my Berlingo...
I'm a visual artist and need a car with excellent cargo space for paintings/ paraphernalia for Art fairs /where seats recline easily leaving a smooth tray effect. Only myself and one passenger generally. Currently have Citroen Berlingo Multispace 2004 which has served me excellently but want something more stylish. Budget 10,000 -12,000k

It sounds to me as if, style or otherwise, you need another Berlingo. You could consider another van-derived car (such as a VW Caddy Life or Ford Tourneo Connect), but style isn’t really their thing. Beyond that, you could consider a mid-size estate - Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, Toyota Auris - all of which are spacious, but you won’t get the height inside the back that you’re used to with the Berlingo.
