Looking to buy a low-cost car.
Hi, my name is Rubine. I am a student nurse looking to buy a car that is low on petrol and very low on tax (I'm talking 280 - 190 euro a year) to get to college and placement for the next 4 years of my nursing study. I work part-time as a care assistant and I'm not sure whether to finance/PCP a car or just buy one and have full ownership?
