Looking to buy a 2009 Golf...
looking at buying a 2.0 ltr 2009 Golf. is there anything i should be looking out for in particular? IS there any big issues with this model?

Hi Damien,
No major issues, they’re pretty reliable. Keep an eye on the turbo for the diesel engine, and the exhaust particulate filter, and make sure that if it has the DSG automatic gearbox that it’s had its regular 65,000km gearbox service. As long as you buy one with a full and complete service history you shouldn’t go far wrong.
