Looking to buy a 1992 Audi 80 in the North...
Hi. Audi 80 1992, 2.0 petrol. I want to buy in Northern Ireland. VRT is €200? Are there any other fees on top of that?

Hi Daniel,
So long as the car has been in personal use for a "reasonable amount of time" (Revenue's words, not ours) in the North then you should not be liable for VAT or import duty. And the NOx levy does not apply to cars that are over 30 years old, either.
