You can specify the panoramic roof option on a Cayenne E-Hybrid, so they should be available on the used market… however, you might need to be patient. The Cayenne is not a widespread car in Ireland in general, the E-Hybrid even less so; when we checked, just one used example was available for sale in the whole country. If you’re struggling to find what you want here, you could look to the UK and importing one, but of course that comes with its own hassles.
