I always reckon that one of the best compact family seven-seaters is the Toyota Verso – well made, reliable, spacious and quite nice to drive. It’s also worth taking a look at the Kia Carens though, and have a good peek at the Volkswagen Touran too; there’s an all-new version coming out later this year so there should be some keen deals on the outgoing version.
