Looking for a sporty hatch...
Hi Shane, I'm looking to trade in my 2010 automatic VW Passat. I commute from Westmeath to Dublin for work. I would like to change to a hatchback. Can you recommend a suitable car that is of similar to what i'm currently driving (leather heated seats, 180BHP, Automatic etc) but with lower tax, hatchback, economical based on my mileage? Just to note that i'm no keen on the WV Golf. Thanks Clare

Hi Clare,
It’s a pity you don’t like the Golf, as you could have had a GTD, which would have fit the bill perfectly for you. Have a look at used examples of the Ford Focus ST TDCi or Skoda Octavia RS diesel, which are interesting cars and good on fuel.
