The problem with this is that, at some point in the mid-2000s, manufacturers decided to stop selling three-door crossovers and SUVs as they’re slow sellers. Things like the Mitsubishi Shogun Pinin died off in 2007, so by 2010 to 2013, you’ve got very limited choice. About all we can think of is a three-door Range Rover Evoque (called the Coupe) or a Nissan Juke, which is a five-door vehicle but has ‘hidden’ door handles at the rear to make it look more like a three-door.
