You could try and track down an automatic version of the Qashqai, of course, if you’re happy with your current car, but they are a little thin on the ground. Actually, automatic SUVs in general are a bit thin on the ground, until you get into larger models such as the Audi Q5, Volkswagen Touareg or Land Rover Discovery. There are compact models with autos out there, but you’ll have to search to find the one you want. Have a look for a Skoda Yeti DSG, Volkswagen Tiguan DSG or a Ford Kuga Powershift if you’re looking for a change from the Qashqai.
