Looking at a Lexus LS...
I was looking at a 2007 Lexus LS600, the mileage on it is 244000 but there is no mention as to when a Cam / timing belt was changed? Would does it show on the service history and how to check it?

Worry not: that car's engine uses a timing chain (actually, chains), not a belt - designed for the life of the engine.
