Sounds dodgy, to be honest. It may be the seller works odd hours and can only meet at night, but it also sounds like a prime way of hiding visually obvious defects with the car. If you can avoid meeting at night, or even buying this particular Fiesta, it would be best, but if you’re intent on seeing it then at least take it to a petrol station forecourt, which will be brightly lit so that you can inspect the car as best you can. Don't go alone, either.
