Looking at a 2016 Focus...
Hi I was looking at a 2016 Ford focus diesel tdci st line the mileage is 285000 km is this to high of milage also does this car have a turbo just like the 1 liter focus thanks

That's well above average mileage for sure, so the price should be low in comparison to other similar cars. Saying that, the condition of the car and a detailed service history are as important, so think that one through and compare it to other examples of this Focus.
And yes, all modern diesel engines use turbochargers. It wouldn't be the same one as in the 1.0-litre Focus though.
