I think it all looks OK on the basis of what you’ve told me there. The value on your Fluence is maybe a touch low, but not by much so it’s probably not worth worrying about. The Captur being an ex-rental isn’t a major worry, as long as it comes with a full service history (which it should do). If they really are prepared to stand over a proper three-year warranty, that all sounds dandy, but check the fine print to see what exclusions there are on that warranty before you decide.
