Kuga or Tiguan?
We are looking at buying an SUV say 2011/12. We are thinking of a Kuga or Tiguan. Which do you recommend or is there anything else we can look at?

Hi Denis,
I wouldn’t go for the Kuga – it’s a car that really didn’t age well. I drove a last of the line Mk1 Kuga just before it went out of production and it felt shockingly old-fashioned compared to its younger opposition. Really thirsty too. The new Kuga is a massive improvement and a really underrated car.
The Tiguan by comparison feels ageless. Really sweet to drive, really comfy, decent economy and still pretty handsome too. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
