Is this Renault deal ok?
Timing belt went in my 2003 clio last week yet it passed nct 3rd Jan and 62000 miles and well maintained. Offer to take it from a garage which was arranged by the garage whereby I just bought 161 clio for €14350 - am I being done or is this an ok deal?

It depends on the spec of the Clio you’re buying, but to be honest if you get anything even near €1,000 for a trade-in on a 2003 model with a banjaxed engine you’re doing well.
