Is this Qashqai a good buy?
Hi I am currently looking at a 141 Nissan QASHQAI XE base trim 1.5 diesel .It has 158.896 miles on it currently,1 owner and full service history from a local mechanic ....it also had the timing belt done at 100,000miles as part of routine service ...it is NCT,d until March 2024 ...it is a private sale and the asking price is €7500 is this a good buy or does it sound too good to be true ? I have done a bit of research and they seem like reliable enough cars and the 2014 model was mentioned as one of the more reliable ones but with a very limited budget and plenty of previous back look I am hoping to get a second opinion on it please ...it is green light verified and I will buy full history check Many thanks Denise

On the basis of the information you've given us, then it does sound like an ok buy. The price is certainly less than most Qashqais of the same age are selling at, though it has high mileage and is the base model so that accounts for that. A full service history is encouraging, too.
I'd suggest you go test drive a few similar cars for sale elsewhere so you get a feel for what they should drive like before you test drive this one, as that will help you pick up on any issues.
