Provided the 2008 Qashqai you’re looking at has been well maintained (with a stamped service history and any receipts to prove it) and is in good condition, then there’s absolutely no need to avoid this. Also, as the car was sold after our shift to metrication, that mileage (if it’s an Irish Nissan, and not a UK import) will be in kilometres, which means 160,000km or 100,000 miles. And 10,000 miles a year for a ten-year-old Qashqai diesel is absolutely no stress for it at all.
