That's an impossible question to answer I'm afraid as it depends entirely on the car and the care and attention it has received. If it is a well built car (and with that kind of mileage I'd be hoping it's Japanese) and has been serviced by a qualified mechanic at the precisely demanded service intervals then it's probably fine.
