It depends on the year, but in general I’d say no, there’s nothing specific to worry about. The Renault 1.5-litre diesel engine is a pretty robust unit (just keep an eye out for lots of smoke and a loss of power, which would indicate turbo troubles), but as long as it comes with a full and complete service history, I wouldn’t worry about that level of mileage.
