Not really, no. In fact, that’s less than 10,000km a year, on average, so as long as it comes with a full service history, and is in good condition, it should be fine. Just be aware that the Vitz badge means it’s a Japanese import, so you need to check for rust-proofing, and make sure that you can get hold of any parts you might need that differ from the European Yaris.
